Poor Yogiri. The one HoloCN that did nothing wrong and yet she still suffers from the stupidity and evils committed by the other HoloCN.

She asked the guy to take the videos down but he refused and she got really sad seeing the response those videos got and deleted all of her posts, her private weibo, and cleared the bio of her account. The people who are still fans of her got really sad and started attacking the AI dude telling him to delete the videos(Which he begrudgingly did in the end but made a statement saying that he thinks he did nothing wrong by capitalizing on people's nostalgia for her). She's been radio silent for the last 2 weeks now and people have been waiting for her to return. The sad thing is, people that have been following her since the beginning have been trying to reassure her in hopes she'll come back, commenting on videos on all of her accounts(yogiri, chestnut, and her current account) and the live chat of those accounts saying stuff like "no matter where you are, you will always be our oshi" but there hasn't been any sign of her for the last couple weeks now.

What I would have done if I were in Yogurt's shoes would have been to just meme the singing and try to entertain the audience. Just do what Kizuna Ai Black did and do self duets with your normal singing. Honestly Yogurt's personality was just too bland to be interesting for a wide audience and this could have been an easy way to get more attention. Essentially it was almost like someone clipped her and got a lot of views but she took it the wrong way and didn't capitalize.

I actually found an archive from a 6 month old Doris reincarnation stream where she actually was pretty open about what happened to HoloCN(this wasn't a tell all about Cover, but was more her providing her perspective to a situation that happened to a different corpo using her experience), and the story she tells doesn't even make it seem like they were as malicious towards Cover as people paint them as. I can believe this sentiment, purely because at this point she'd have no reason to be fair to the company since everyone in china hates Cover. Basically, the day after Coco and Chama got suspended, management started ghosting all of them, no matter how they tried, they had no way of actually getting into contact with anyone and were left to deal with the situation on their end by themselves, so many of them naturally got pretty upset with the company in this time since what was the point of being part of a company if their management wasn't actually going to do anything to help them. I assume they might've come to the conclusion that they were allowed to keep their models based on the notion that management ghosting them, combined with every official hololive channel deleting everything, would leave with with the conclusion that Cover pulled out of China, but since their channels weren't nuked in the process that Cover turned over the rights to the characters to bilibili, essentially making them independent.
