Funny enough my favorites have not yet to read out my messages (Fauna and Kaela) but I have had my comments/questions read out by Kiara 4 , Reine 2 and Watame 1 all that while being a filthy grayname in their chats. Also had comments read out both by Nyanners and Veibae couple of times but since they are on twitch and it has a better system for the streamer to communicate with chat so i guess that's why.

Fauna is pretty good at filtering out the noise. My comments have been read a quite a few times in different games when the rest of chat was spamming emotes or making unfunny jokes. It's all about having a clear message that's immediately helpful, funny or interesting enough to bounce off of.
(I like to imagine that she recognizes my name and knows that I'm usually on the mark, but I know that's very unlikely.)

There may be many reasons for that. Maybe she gets conscious about how reading your messages could make other people jealous - there are often people who'll complain about tubers liking some tweets but not theirs, for example.
Maybe she likes you to the point that she doesn't want to encourage you to throw too much money at her - or maybe you're actually overdoing it with the messages.
Maybe she just has in the back of her head how you'll one day read some random anti-comment or see an RL picture of her, and how all those nice words you've sent will turn into nothing, or worse, hate.
Interacting with each and every fan in the correct manner and dose is basically impossible, and surely a strain on any tuber who really cares.
