Jesas, some people are just terribly vulnerable... What would help these people harden up? Bullying does not help as i've found out, only makes them more vulnerable.

They would want to have to harden up. Instead, they're so attention starved that they'll keep throwing themselves into these situations because it keeps getting them attention.

People are like this because they have relatively little real problems IRL. The best way to make them harden up is to drop them in the middle of the woods with some basic gear and tell them to find their way back home.

I am in these two view communities and you would not believe the level of hilarious drama occurs that would just never appear on this board. I saw a thread today where someone's pronouns were disrespected during a collab (not criminally maliciously, even the author makes it sound like a "sounds like x must be x" misunderstanding)
