I think every chuuba has at least a few members of their community they trust to that degree so if they ask them directly (or specifically filter for them when taking applications) that's one thing, but if someone asks first (especially if they use being a mod for someone else like it has any bearing on their ability to read your community's vibes) that's a giant red flag.

the thing about asp is that most selfposters stop selfposting there after a while and usually move over to here. it causes the thread to lull in activity for a couple of months until a new group of chuubas decide to selfpost there whether they be completely new people hitting go live for the first time, or small chuubas looking for community

Don't argue with the chuuba about her choices. I have seen some really cringe shit from mods trying to tell the streamer to go to sleep, etc.
Keep your personal opinions to yourself. You are no longer just another chatter; you are representing to some degree the chuuba you are moderating.
Don't twist the rules to your personal interpretation. When in doubt, always fucking ask the chuuba if she is OK with the action you are taking.
Be friendly to newcomers. You were one too, don't gatekeep (too hard at least, some gatekeeping is always good) newfags.

Either way it makes me think less of the company than it does the talents involved because they have to know even without the model the talent has everything to gain and very little to lose by just going back to their old accounts with their new fanbase they gained while working for them.
