Yes, manually. There are 599 tracked channels with 3 or more streams this half month so far, it is not practical to do that for a particular streamer.
Given that there are only 11 streams you can do it by hand tho. Here are the steps

1) Enter her page (https://vrabi.net/channel/UCMzVa7B8UEdrvUGsPmSgyjA))
2) Copy the peak for each of her streams this month on notepad (or your OS default text editor)
3) Sort the list by hand
4) Pick the value in the middle of the list if there is an odd number of entries, or the halfway point between the two values in the middle of the list if even

Based on my experience with random JP games...it could be some weird client-server requirement bullshit that works well if you're close to the server, but freaks the fuck out because it wasn't designed with high latency in mind. For group collabs, it may mean the L2D data has to pass through the server or something, but multiple clients + high latency = unhandled desync?
