Get better reading comprehension. It doesn't matter if there's one off-topic thread or the entire catalog is nothing but off-topic threads, if it's allowed then the rules aren't enforced, that's all I'm saying. Thus, this is not exclusively a VTuber board.
That said, Pewdiepie actually at least has used a VTuber model once, though it was poorly rigged and made for the purpose of trend-hopping, you could theoretically discuss it in a vacuum. Max Headroom and Tyrone threads have also stayed up.
