Don't get me wrong, people underestimate what Choco could have become in Hololive but its an over-exageration to say she was #1 at any one time. At her peak in early 2019, she was #4 and on the verge of overtaking Roboco and Fubuki in short time before she stalled out and Fubuki and Aqua surged simultaneously.
