Here is the problem with that most NDAs aren't worth the paper they are printed on and can't be enforced they just sound really scary. Have we ever seen one of these NDA's? What did she actually say that broke the NDA if anything? Can they enforce the NDA? Did they violate her rights by revealing in such needless detail why she was being terminated? If they enforce the NDA and get dragged to court what will turn up in discovery?
