Question about ownership

So we all know that the chinks invested heavily into Cover Corp and we also know that Hololive is A-Chan's company, which is independent from Cover Corp.

Can't A-Chan just separate from Cover Corp and take Hololive with her somewhere else? Preferably a company with more advanced technology? A big tech company would DIE for the chance to work with the Hololive brand. Or do the bugs own part of Hololive as well? Was there ever a merger of some sorts because these are obviously 2 separate companies we're talking about.

The biggest shareholder is the executives. I have googled all funds in the list and every fund except HTC Vive is a Japanese venture capital fund. The last line says other individual investors. Maybe there is a small chance of Chinese individual investor with very small shares?
