It's not logical at all to assume that since Kson most likely went and looked at her opportunities, including what Niji had to offer before joining vshojo jp and she also has many inside connections in the vtuber world.

She wasn't pointing at Holo but all companies that could end up like niji since they became big with such scummy practices which does reflect her worries for the future.
