I honestly thought Ame's slow decline was a meme but it keeps getting worse

I don't even see people talk about her in present tense outside of the global thread or her dedicated general, I assumed she was on vacation or something all this time

You’re going to have to add some context, OP. Because like this guy >>49636964 says, nobody really talks about her anymore, and I have no idea what you’re referring to.

>> No.49637172

from since she start learning Japanese she got become just an ordinary vtuber. Communicating with JP makes her brain rotted.

She did tell her audience to improve themselves

Yawn, another doomposting thread on a freed girl in hopes of getting her back to the gilded cage.

You "people" are getting desperate.

This thread is shit but sincerely it's all of Myth that's in a weird spot at the moment, it could be that Cover is forcing too many projects on them. Combined with all the shit unicorns are throwing everywhere and seething in general, it could also be lowering everyone's motivation to stream in the first place.

Or you know, COVID buff ended for everyone in the western Vtubing sphere.

save for the concert there's been nothing exciting going on in EN since summer last year, maybe longer.
tempus killed the magic for a lot of people, ENs vanished for months.
i think there's more streams lately compared to early spring but EN has little presence, group unity is non-existent. we have multiple members who are one step away from graduation.
weird shit behind the scenes is happening that makes it look like cover sidelined the branch, dropped them or something.
not denying covid buff but if they played their cards right things wouldn't be half as bad. the hype is negative right now, of course people leave.

because it isn't just Ame, most of Hololive EN is in decline.

>> No.49641008

Realistically, its a good thing that ame isn't really discussed anymore.
Nobody should want their oshi to be discussed here because every discussion on this board turns into an argument and a timeloop

If you are looking for ripe conversation about Amelia Watson, go to "Hololive Global" when she's streaming (or just stop by anytime, she's often mentioned in posts there). Hope this helps!

I dropped trying to watch her content after a few attempts within the first weeks of her debut. Can't say I really care if she gets worse or maintains her quality. She's not bad, but I just don't care.
One of my contacts on Discord simps for her at least.

Her fans improved themselves and realized that watching chuubas is a massive waste of time. Thanks, Ame!

Myth is dead. Gura is semi-retired. Amelia and Ina are moving in that direction. Calliope and Kiara live to work, but prefer interacting with JPs.
Don’t be sad that it’s over; be glad that it happened.

So excluding a couple of cucks that post ame reaction images occasionally in global the only time she's discussed is when her discord is pinged to raid global? Even her own general is dead nowadays...

>>49647924
What actually happened. I know there is the whole "tempus" and "improve yourself" narratives and I won't deny that those contributed. But it seems like even standard reddit normies don't care about her. It's more like she was slowly forgotten than outright abandoned.

>> No.49649067

>>49648762
That has some truth to it. In my own experience as an ex-teamate, I was already slowly switching off Ame before tempus, because she didn't seem to enjoy streaming anymore. I even remember her talking about enjoying doing the background work more at the time

>> No.49649397

>>49649067
Sorry, I wasn't trying to assert "What actually happened" as if it were a fact. I meant to ask it as a question, but forgot the question mark. I'd be curious to hear more from an ex-teamate about what pushed you away and who you went to afterwards and why.

>> No.49649477

she lost la creatividad that kept her interesting
now she's a cute but otherwise kinda bland chuuba not to mention the we all make mistakes tier shit she has said

>> No.49649681

she just streams a lot of boring stuff and does it in a boring way with no chat interaction

As I said I was already slowly switching off from Ame before tempus. Mostly to Fauna and Irys. I think Ame also started streaming later so that played a part as well for a Euro like me. I didn't used to care much about holomems doing collabs with jp homos, because they were rare and only a select few did them. What set me off with the tempus shit was that there clearly was an intent to change the culture around holoen. There being a hint of spite with the Altare karaoke duet for example didn't help either. Homobegging became a daily nuisance and people only interested in mixed collabs started flooding in. Management being fully behind it made me want to stop giving any support to the homos (I even used to watch a few of them) and the girls collabing with them.

>> No.49651983

All the holopro mentions and ambiguous marketing when t3mpus was debuting, debut watchalong on holoen channel and collab ban getting cut short due to "popular demand" for holoen collabs, because jp stars were busy at the time

nothing exciting is their fault. JP girls organize interesting group streams and tournaments all the time. It took them a fucking year to followup on a ttrpg. Their failure is their own fault. Management may suck, but their lack of effort isn't helping.

>> No.49661091

That's kinda the thing. Myth really almost actively try not to be friends with each other behind the scenes. At least council somewhat try but myth don't really have a desire to be anything more than co-workers

True except Ina's return was weird because we never got a real explanation why she was gone for months in the first place.
i remember something about teehee i forgot my work phone and then everyone said she had a heart attack or something
