Such a perfect design, wasted so completely.
Seriously, she was one of the best-looking characters in Hololive, with tons of great merch. Is it really that impossible make up some Doctor Who regeneration story for her to replace the person behind the avatar? Maybe hire someone truly competent this time, with a knack for voice acting (and acting in general) to fit the high value persona. There's nothing to lose anyway.

No one tried though. I can see it being a bitter pill to swallow for some fans, but then things would settle in as they accept it. I remember Kizuna Ai failing to do the similar thing, but that was an incredibly lazy attempt to cast a different person for the Chinese market while the main one was very much active, and it was obviously a failure. What I imagine is a rebirth, with actual effort put into it. Imagine how much cash could be made on merch alone, with a new costume and such.
