This has happened to me a lot more than I care to admit. Best thing you can do is try asking other artist for critic before re-posting it. Rework on it a bit, repost the rework. Don't beat yourself up over it, it's entirely possible that Elon thinks you're a bot or not showing your post.

My oshi hasn't used my art as a thumbnail but I'm happy with a like, hell a RT from her once made my heart skip a bit when I noticed. All we can do is try to improve while enjoying our oshi. If she is your reason for doing art, don't take it as a sign to quit or that you're worthless.

It's actually how smart you try to improve that matter, for me It's simple, with every drawing i try to learn something, for exemple i'm currently drawing minato aqua eating a small cake with cream of her finger , I HAVE NEVER DREW CREAM BEFORE
It's just like this "hey i never drew this or that" and you do it ,the more you try different thing ,different style, take reference to help you and othe tips or watch other artist the better you get
And i mostly take my time when doing the sketch in traditional

It's not that hard honestly , if you just do something wrong 10 times you will not fo the thing right at the 30th try , but if you actually try to learn something you might do it right after the 2 or first try

Draw for your oshi(or someone you love) can be a excellent fuel or a damnt bomb, I remember when I draw my oshi (well a wooper) and she didn't notice me, that hurt so much that I stop to draw, so after somes months I draw a new fanart (this time a pixelart) and she like it, I feel so good that I was happy for 3 days straight.
So in the end I realized that I leave her to affect my emotions and motivation and that is dangerous, so now I trying to learn about this "fuel" and use correctly.

I recommend studying the use of color and next time you draw her, apply what you've learnt to the piece. Make a work that has really popping colors with contrasts, it stands out in a way that makes the problems with your artstyle itself less noticeable. In the end on platform like twitter where it's easy to scroll past most things, colors will make people stop scrolling and look at the work. Try it.

I know it's hard, but you really should avoid beating yourself up or coming up with schizo narratives about why your art was ignored. There's a million and one reasons why your oshi might have skipped over your art and not all of them involve her disliking it. I think every artist experiences feeling that their art is underappreciated at times, and while it never feels great, it does get easier the more you power through.

Had this happen and got unlucky, but by chance got the answer from another vtuber. What happens is that seconds after seeing your fan art, they check your twitter account and depending on your activity, decide whether like or not. That vtuber was honest too and said she dislikes certain people so if she sees someone engaging or following them, then she ignores temporally said viewers even if they are active in her chat. The only way to get a guaranteed like is to clean your twitter form other v-channels.
