I had picked Halloween as the first data point since it was the first non-major (read: 3D debuts, redesigns) event after numbers started dropping. The issue with this is that vrabi's peak tracker doesn't go all the way back to October of last year, so I decided to manually try and check the peak viewership and what I got was pick related.

12:46 was chosen because it was right around when the two main povs stabilized, but before Mori ended and funneled her viewers to the other povs. All numbers were rounded down to the nearest hundred, leaving us with Mori @ 7.3k, Mumei @ 11.2k, and Ame @ 11.8, for a total peak viewership on that day of around 30.3k (+/- a hundred or so)

For comparison, here are two recent viewershi peaks from EN, using vrabi's tracker https://vrabi.net/labo/progress/2023-05-23 and https://vrabi.net/labo/progress/2023-05-21

Conclusion, the box itself has not changed much after the initial decline.

The problem with your graph for EN is that it lacks context and I think for HoloEN it's more of a content issue than anything else. Gura also not streaming means the more casual fans aren't tuning in as much but I want to break it down by member.

Now why I think the results aren't as grim as you imply they are is due to a couple recent streams. IRyS just had one of her highest karaoke streams ever outside of her debut period and Bae just had a massive stream and had very good turnout on her next stream too. It's an issue of content and too many of them are doing debuff stuff bit we saw that the fans still turn out when they do something cool. Whenever the next "arc" happens the numbers will be good.
