This was my attitude before nijien and later tempus. Males existed, they minded their own business. There was no problem.
But now they have brought 2 plagues to the community. Women and homobeggars. Not fun women but toxic femcels that get triggered by words, attack older fsns andchate the hobby and want it to burn just like they did to games.
Now the constant pressence of males on CGDCT streams is also a bother.
Everything was beter without big corpo male vtubers. The community was better, vt was better, streams were better.
Nothing personal against the guys but nothing personal in favor of them either.
I am a true neutral and my position is entirely based on what affects me and male vtubers made things worse so I am happy if they floo and hope they all graduate.

How the fuck do homobeggars keep refusing to understand that the main draw of vtubers is watching girls with anime models playing games or just being cute while chatting, the same appeal will never stick on a male (unless you're a lonely female or gay) and even if you try to pull the "brotuber" card, 99% of male vtubers out there still have homoerotic designs, because they have a target public in mind just like female vtubers.

I think the issue I see more is that the only real successful male chuubas came from Nijisanji. And eventually Tempus happened.
There's no small corpo catering solely for male chuubas because nobody wants to take the risk even though there could be a real market.
Even the successful small corpos like Idol and Phase have said they won't do males. Just don't entirely cater to fujos like niji does.
