From my understanding it's almost entirely interpersonal relationship conflicts between the members(and some other vtubers) and not a decision from management that drove their decision to leave, and it had nothing to do with romantic relationships in any recent development.

They've been slowly adding more guys, but it's nowhere comparable to orgs like Niji, and I'd rather not get into that anyway. Most of the girls don't interact with the guys whatsoever, and the company even made a clear distinction with the grouping of men and women back when it was only JP guys being added years ago, and backlash from the JP side pressured Cover into separating men and women. They're free to interact, but most don't, and some have vocally claimed they don't want to collab with men. Personally I don't care, but when people(and some of the talents) seem to push for it, it is obnoxious, and also inconsiderate to some of the other girls and guys too.
Ultimately I just don't think making relationships public is a good thing for most streamers online, it just leads to a giant clusterfuck of parasocial fans, shippers, stalking, and other issues most of the time.

But iRyS had a shit design that needed changing, the same with Miko's janky original 3d model, Fubuki didn't need to change herself this much. The proportions look weird compared to her original model and the tracking is worse as well. She lost all her outfits from this too
Someone should make an edit of the original Fubuki face but with the deeper colors of the new model to prove it. That was the only possible issue I can see, the old model only needed a small color touch up.

I have no real issue with it, I just find it odd that someone would pretend cb streams aren't slutty or could be obviously used against you when claiming other streamers are whores.
Aside from that, I think she's probably the least problematic member they have. I generally don't watch most EN chuubas since I don't find most of them entertaining.
Lots of them love to do react content, many are very open about their politics, and it seems like attempting to provide entertainment generally takes a back seat.

I think this perception is largely because clipping react content gets more youtube views than higher-effort highlights - most twitch vtubers I am aware are either gaming or zatsu focused, and it's not henya's fault that the 20 minutes out of an 8 hour gaming stream she spends watching videos while eating lunch always gets made into a video before the stream even ends

It's not just Henya doing react stuff, but even then I'm usually not a fan of it. People's reactions can be entertaining, the issue is that most react content is focused on unfunny meme compilations or watching popular videos. It's pretty scummy too because you're depriving clicks and engagement that the creator of that actual content would benefit from, and the oft used excuse of "exposure" via reaction is generally worthless, especially in one-off scenarios like "I'm eating right now so let someone else's video entertain my chat for half an hour." Again, this is a major issue with literally thousands of channels. If you want "good" react content, it's actually in the form of analysis, but that requires actually being invested and knowledgeable in a field of study, interest, hobby, etc. and is actually transformative by comparison.
