Mio was introduced as the tsukkomi of the group and did it well until they all realized Subaru makes any Tsukkomi obsolete and Mio somehow dropped the role and never picked it back up.
I watched tons of her Splatoon with Korone and if you want comfy try her management series (gamedev, restaurant etc.)
Her right now fleeing into utawaku is kind of a bad sign, I hope she realizes that she is very important for the group as a whole since many holos report her being super supportive in everything, Mikochi and Maririn as prime examples.
I personally would suggest to her that she aggressively collabs now. Get over there into the coco house and cook your best meal, let them praise you, the world is watching. I want her to succeed because she herself wants it and I support her.
