I don't think anyone would have terminated anyone based on any one of those no, not in Nijisanji. Like many people making excuses for her have been quick to point out others have done some of them even and not been fired for it. The big difference is that those people only did one or two of them over the course of years of being at Niji and then didn't go onto repeat them. Zaion on the other hand did all of it within a month of being there while making light of it on stream and being dishonest about it in her conversations with management. If you did any of those mistakes, owned up to it and don't repeat it then you'd probably at worst just get a slap on the wrist for it. Rosemi can’t be blamed, being loyal to any company in this day and age is a fools game when you can easily be replaced, or thrown under the bus as Niji demonstrates time after time. The truth is that Tsunderia was an ineptly run company with good vtubers and people like Slugma/Dizzy doing all the heavy lifting on a managerial front, while PPP sat on his ass running it into the ground. The fact that Rosemi follows them on Twitter and vice versa showed that there is no bad blood and Slugma probably let Rosemi go since she knew she wouldn’t be able to fulfill her dreams of being on stage.

I'm an indiefag and I've long since come to the conclusion that anything short of hololive itself is a step down from being even a small indie. every company, holo lncluded, is black to some degree but the smaller ones are especially egregious with it and niji comes across as being basically on that level despite their sheer size. That said there are plenty of disadvantages to being indie too. One of those is that many indies don't find an audience. I know of one who has an audience of 10 people, and she has been going at it for a long time. Success stories are quite rare.
