A question to fans whose comfy 2view oshi has made it and exploded in popularity: has your relationship with them changed, and did it affect their content much?

I want to mentally prepare for what's coming.

they can only do it by crawling out of their niche and into the normie garbage world, spamming events, collabs, fotm garbage and the like
their content will fundamentally change and you might lose interest along the way, i moved on, owe them nothing

Anon, oshi literally means push. It’s a term you use when you want to see someone succeed. If you don’t want her to get big, then she was never your oshi in the first place, just your favorite streamer/entertainer/whatever.

>Had a 2view oshi
>mostly comfy zatsus, karaoke streams, trivia vids and alot of niche stuff
>makes fun of ASMR chuubas and GFE chuubas
>Had a blast
>keeps telling us she doesn't mind numbers and just doing it for fun
>Deep inside me knows its a lie
>continues to enjoy her streams
>one day she breaks into 3view
>starts pandering to ASMR vids and alot of GFE content
>channel growth continues
>Doesn't stream anything other than ASMR and GFE content
>pretty much ignored her original audience
>most of her original viewers left
>channel growth stagnates last time I checked
I wish you luck anon...

OBJECTIVELY WRONG. Audience and creator are a relationship. It's very possible for a creator to completely ruin themselves and their contents by having the wrong audience.

Time and time again you see studios and games ruined by changing their audiences. Wishing for huge numbers without the creator having the right audience means the creator will lose their way 100% of the time.

my oshi was 20-30 ccv when i discovered her, nowadays she's 150+ and her collab friends raid her pretty often. 90% of her content is the same, the 10% that changed are her not being able to read messages in the chat as efficiently and having more collabs with other girls (from 0 to 2 a month). overall i'd say if she likes her community and isn't in it for the clout, she'll appreciate the growth and new opprtunities but keep doing her own thing.

Sometimes I wish my oshi would blow up because I feel burdened by being a big part of her support system and a known pillar of her small community.

I dropped her, didn't like the reddit-tier stream it had become

Worse is when a popular male streamer gets caught with her in the same game and starts pushing the conversation and she just can't ignore it and for the sake of adding to her followers agrees to subsequent collabs, even though she hasn't collabbed with anyone at all before. Yes it has helped and her online has increased and the chat room is flooded with viewers of this male streamer. And you just stop watching her as the content is just different every day. But it's been a year and a half now and this streamer just abandoned her as well as most of the old fans and the new ones don't watch her as the collabs with the male streamer are over and she's sitting with even worse online than before all this.

He is clearly talking about how it's worse when a popular male streamer gets caught with her in the same game and starts pushing the conversation and she just can't ignore it and for the sake of adding to her followers agrees to subsequent collabs, even though she hasn't collabbed with anyone at all before. Yes it has helped and her online has increased and the chat room is flooded with viewers of this male streamer. And you just stop watching her as the content is just different every day. Hope that cleared it up.

Most of these girls are not rich, they are aiming to quit their wagie jobs and make a living out of this. You just can't do it as a 2view. Don't be too harsh on them.

sloth?

Sloth is still a 2view and rarely streams ASMR so it can't be her. She also still interacts with her original fanbase

How is that relevant to the definition of oshi? If you don't want to support her career she's not your oshi. Your idea of quality is irrelevant.
