VOMS is less than a small corpo. By everything I've heard it's quite literally just GYARI and the talents. He can handle a couple of small 2view talents. 2views don't have many needs. What he can't handle is someone in his pool growing so much fucking bigger than he could have possibly expected, which is what happened to Pikamee. The needs of a 2view are very different from the needs of a 4view, and Pika wanted to do cons, have concerts, get her own 3d models, all kinds of stuff. None of it GYARI was able to provide in a timely manner because it was all just him.

Basically Pika was left to spin her wheels for months and slowly lose motivation for streaming. VShojo unironically reinvigorated it, and by all accounts there's no ill will there. Kson collabed with GYARI and VOMS like a week before Henya debuted, and Henya still has GYARI added on her new Steam account.

VOMS is literally one guy and he's not even doing it as his main job, he didn't have the resources to support someone as big as Pika, it's that simple. Henya is super excited all the time now because she's already planning outfits Gyari wouldn't give her and doing things she couldn't do before. She even loves having a manager and support staff to help her with various things instead of basically flying solo all the time. It's night and day.

GYARI had to have made a fortune off of merchandising Pika's graduation, and with Pika no longer needing to be cared for by him he also unironically got a shitload less work on his plate in the process.
