Seeing the twitter debacle really made me see why companies like Mihoyo actively pushes for multi-platform promotions. I think Cover should genuinely think up something here in case things hit the fan

Before anyone screams shill/chink etc., let me explain
MHY, probably seeing how expansive their global fanbase was, created a culture surrounding people visiting their own personal website and giving people directories on where to follow and support them/their games. Web events will have you joining their discord, checking their youtube out, directing people to their forum/toolkit area and so on. They also do regular giveaways that involve the same shit; Basically, keep in touch with them and you can get rewarded with products and in game resources.

I feel like Hololive could really do with something like that if twitter implodes and fanartists have nowhere to go. A community is really what keeps things feeling “alive” and without it, it’ll hurt. Maybe that phone app thing they’ve been working on could come to good use in the future? What do you think?

No EN3 in 2022 made "sense" because outside of the open auditions announcement in December of 2021 Cover acted like HoloEN didn't even exist during the entire year. Them finally shilling the female side of auditions back in February and the new HoloEN-only form they posted in late May could mean that they saw the absolute retardation that was focusing all their attention on a bunch of 3view shitters and now they're trying to get debut both an EN3 and an EN4 much faster than it took for the third gen to debut. I believe in Kiara's most recent space she said that she was interviewed 2 days after the first HoloEN auditions started so with that info and the fact that Rrat's discord account was created before the EN2 auditions ended means that Cover is perfectly capable of hiring people much faster than almost 2 fucking years.

Also, I'm pretty sure that they'd get preferential treatment too as the proverbial "Big Fish in a small pond". The only thing though is that they basically cap their growth because unless those small corpos actually grow, they're going to stagnate in the long run anyway. One other thing that I wonder is what would happen to LuxNoc if they do decide to "downgrade" because despite being the top of NijiEN, most of the small corpos have gotten wiser about debuting "male vtubers". I doubt PKG or jewdol would ever debut male gens. Maybe PC? Prism probably would take them in but they're not exactly in a good spot among the small corpos.
