Since you can clearly see both the red light and chat's reaction, as opposed to just getting time out'd by a mod.
As for the problem of picking favorites, you would see that be less of problem if she just used the traffic light system more often so people outside of her favorites know when the back seat as opposed to having this two tier system we currently have.
