EN is already pretty big and has reached mainstream audiences, There is no more area for it to expand any further or if there is, it is blocked by significant barrier that vtubing is unlikely to breach. Having new members is for the purpose of breaching new market, like ID3. If not, they will only exist as a burden to existing ENbox and cannibalizing existing EN fanbases.
