Panels have a call time right? So someone from Niji was able to reach Vox in time for him to show up late, but couldn't reach Ike at all because he was sleeping/dead-drunk/whatever excuse. This can become a nothing-burger for their fans/audience. But for event-organizers/collab-partners, it really shows that corporate streamers are no better than indie streamers when it comes to professional responsibility and timeliness.

I remember the flesh-streamer I watch talking about how happy the twitch rivals staff was when he and his group showed up at call-time. VShojo has no direct control over their talents
In agencies like Hololive or Nijisanji, staff owns and has access to all of your company accounts, which is how they're able to suspend you and stop you from doing anything.

At best, VShojo can ADVISE you to do something (or not do something), but ultimately they can't make you do anything.
