Oh yeah, something like this would absolutely be the kind of thing where having choice or at least the illusion of having it would be the key to both pacing and making narrator monologue land.
I think the best way to do it would be writing as if it was a pseudo quest where you don't actually take votes and the "players" are seemingly picking the worst possible fucking options all the time, or actually making it interactive via something like Twineand write an interactive narrative with an unconventional narrator.

man i used to LOVE CYOAG. I would spend hours quickstarting really cool little adventures with some of the best ones. There was this one about becoming a dark knight, where you would choose your background ,the transgression, how lawful you were (which would end up impacting at the end if you could be redeemed), powers with serious drawbacks so you could become a living embodiment of vengeance that would burn itself halfway through the real MC's story or a gradual fall from grace. It even had a section for companions, which would either make you a redeemable character (since you would form this new friendship) or shoot you straight into "Biggest bad" by making you pick your generals.
It was simply amazing, but sadly it degradated until it turned into "pick a broken power and fantasize about fucking all the bitches" every single time. Hell i think i could maybe start a CYOA myself

If we ask nicely, something like /wg/ is hosting a board wide writing contest and you're all invited to participate shouls do it. As long as were not too pushy or shilly, we'll be golden. An ad would also work. How expensive are those things anyways?

My Hololive VN is continuing along at a rather slow, but steady pace. I've cut down various aspects to ensure that it's manageable at my skill level and will avoid burnout.

I was just working on it two seconds ago. It’s making progress, though I’m not sure where I should end chapter one. There doesn’t seem to be a good stopping point in sight, so it could turn out to be a lengthy introduction to the fic. I’ve got a lot planned so here’s hoping I’ll be able to make it to the ending.

For the new writers section, I think we can have something like,

Ok so i went over the CYOAG idea while i was in the gym. So far i've got this

Seiso is simple. The less points you have in it, the more yabe and risque you are.

Fanbase determines if you are a top of the foodchain idol or a 2view with a dedicated fanbase. There is no ''losing'' here so its up to you if that's good or not

Menhera Meter determines if you are a landmine that should be avoided by other girls (which will give you modifiers on which perks you can take). Being too menhera closes off different perks too (Like "THEY ARE!" or "So true Bestie") and taking different modifiers determines how insane you are

Finally Drama index determines how often do you get involved in drama, voluntarily or not. Avoiding too many Menhera points might get you on dramas because you are too guilible or too nice, and viceversa.

("So true Bestie" makes you bond with a girl and reduces the menhera points she has),
>Dark events, which are bound to happen in your vtuber carreer
"Caution: Wet Floor" makes you have a "wet" accident on stream, decreasing seiso and adding menhera points, but decreases drama and adds to the fanbase

A wide array of friends you can make, they all have different modifiers , like being too menhera but allowing you to pick another perk, or giving a boost to seiso and fanbase at the cost of having to pick another dark event

'The Clubroom' with it's new ending is fantastic, though I'm excited to see where 'Fujo Fantasies' takes itself.

Unless you're talking about just from that trio in general then 'Horror Intolerance' is 10/10 rat fluff and I've always really enjoyed 'Three Meeting with Mori'. Not too much IRyS in the archive unfortunately, and non e of her solo fics have really stood out to me
