Having been a twitch streamer, gives Ame a leg up on the competition in terms of creativity.
You've got to work to get noticed there, and it carries over to her Hololive era.
Most of the talents don't really -need- to put any work into their streams, since they either get help, or straight up just don't have to, in order to get high views. Just talk to a wall for an hour every now and then, and call it a day.
But Ame has slept with the enemy for so long, and been there for the VR revolution on the platform, that she can predict where it's heading on YT, since they lag years behind in terms of streaming.
I'm not sure which meta she'll bring over next, but I don't doubt it will be more game changing fun!

It's not that she doesn't have a core skill, it's that her core skill is technical, which is supportive in nature. It's not a big secret that the girls usually talk to Ame for technical advice, but there's a lot of stuff she does behind the scenes that people don't typically notice. For example, I'd wager most people don't even know that Ame made the HoloTalk intro, and the people that do know that wouldn't have even realized if Kiara hadn't mentioned it in the first episode.
Ame's "skill" is in understanding how to actualize the ideas she and others have, and to keep those things as stable as possible. Basically, she's an engineer. That means she solves problems.

I love Ame but 3D rigging is not a new thing she just invented, in fact there were waaaay more vtubers who started on VRChat with 3D models before becoming vtubers or before vtubing as we know today existed.

There was a recent scriptwriting one for her voicepack that was quite disappointing due to her being exhausted from the charity stream, but that's by far the worst members stream she's done and it wasn't that bad.

I'm also members with Kiara, Calli and Ina. Ina's membership streams are basically identical to here regular ones. Kiara and Calli might vent a bit more in members only zatsudans now and again but it's not to like concerning levels.

You know what, I think that's the least we could do. I've never really written a letter before and I wouldn't know where to begin but if it meant that it could reach Ame one day and make her smile, then I'll do it. Because she's helped me smile a lot more and get through this wretched year.
Seeing all the letters in Gura's stream was something else. Especially Dudul who basically said that his passion for animation was reignited because of Gura.

Thats the thing tho, once you learn about Cameo and all that shit it doesn't really feel that crazy. A billboard on Time Square sounds crazy... until you hear it costs like 700 bucks for one day or so.

The Dante vid was cool because the voice actor looks a cool guy who actually puts an effort in his commissions compared to other celebs, the set was cool and the script was good too. But even then Ame has never been that much of a celeb fan, she fangirls over Holo senpais lmao. Chumbuds were lucky Gura fell in love with Dante hard like... a couple months ago. So yeah, maybe sending a letter to Cover with the specific instructions that it is a birthday letter sent in advance would be the best bet.
