I think Shiori can be a bit blunt and autistic sometimes and the others don't quite get her, but she's definitely not the sole reason collabs are a bit awkward.
- Nerissa cannot focus on talking and playing at the same time. It's evident from multiple streams that she hyperfocuses on what she's doing and dialogue sometimes suffer. I think she'll improve, but it definitely contributes to the long silences sometimes. It can make it seem like she's offended when she's probably not.
- Fuwamoco are deep into their kayfabe and it can be difficult for others to know how to interact with them. They talk a lot between themselves by default and it's hard to get the right timing for a response.
- Can't really say anything about Bijou, except that her humor is a bit different from Nerissa and Shiori, which sometimes clashes. (I don't think she can or should change much.)
In short, I think this is just a chemistry issue that will be resolved in time. It's pointless to point to a single person as the sole reason.

This shit always happens with new gens/vtubers, everyone is nervous and doesn't really know each other but have to try their best to be entertaining/banter and inevitably a lot of it doesn't land or it doesn't bounce off the others right.

This happens literally every time. You can never really tell who is going to be a good/bad vtuber until at least 6 months or so and they're more comfortable and settle into a style rather than leaning really heavily into the 'character' which is what people always do for a while after debut.

Virtually every EN is massively different to their first few months and early stars have fizzled out months later while early underperformers often end up being one of the good ones. It's impossible to know how this gen will turn out yet.

However, Shiori does apply tension to her genmates during collabs and only needs to learn when to ease off. I'm not implying there should be made-up drama in the future with her and other members, but anons need to keep in mind Advent are first and foremost a bunch of criminals, and so it makes sense for at least one of them to come across standoffish or even aggressive.
