This might come off as a rant so I apologize beforehand.
I miss her creative minecraft streams, built a lot of good shits like the treehouse resort, her new holo house when she decided to move from the treehouse and the big ass church, all while interacting with the viewers about her life in strayan land and sometimes doing English only stream while building those.
I don't even mind some of the first Haachama cooking streams, as it's just her genuinely being pretty shit at cooking. But once it went for long enough it just felt like her purposely throwing random shits into the pot for entertainment value.
Then came the schizo episodes. Honestly at this point I don't even know what went wrong anymore. Is it the sudden fame where she got subs surge after the memey Haachama cooking? Or is it just her thinking this is the entertainment that people crave? The brat has always been kinda strange in the head even during all those comfy minecraft streams but not on this level.

Here's my rrat: Haachama, contrary to popular opinion, actually loves streaming. But she's now back home with a domineering, pious mother who doesn't find it amusing that her daughter has been making money off horny otakus with her blonde bimbo anime avatar. Her sudden hiatuses all occur after fights with her mother over the direction of her life and what she considers responsible behavior for a young lady.
Exhibit A: her new single. Basically a song about how she wants to go back to being the high school girl who could stream Minecraft every night and not worry about her mother or expectations about college/career.
Exhibit B: her most recent hiatus began the day before her scheduled tarantula cookoff. She may have had plans to cook something spidery herself, but her mother wasn't having it.

I think a good amount is real life stuff. Whatever academic stuff she has going on, going back to Japan where you have to reestablish a social circle, having one of your good friends quit, and having some restrictions on what content you're allowed to make and who you're allowed to work with are all stressful and frustrating, so she's probably tired from that and is prioritizing other things first (which is totally fair).
Just streaming more + having more variety would fix the viewership issues. The schizo/lore arc is divisive, she doesn't play games at all besides MC & Tetris, and the only other things she does regularly are fan content reviews and karaoke/zatsudans. She needs to add more diversity to her content because a lot of people were thinking her stream schedule was repetitive.
The new song isn't upbeat or catchy, which leads to more views & thus algorithm recommendations + repeat views. She hasn't been streaming so her content isn't being pushed by it at all either besides to people going back & looking at her older stuff.

What she actually needs to do now is to figure out how to utilize that in a different way other than just HAATO KILLS HAACHAMA and vice versa ad infinitum. For example, she could do a story arc with just one of them for a while and have the other come in at some later point in the story to bring in some plot twist or whatever. That was her plan in her time travel arc, with it having the setup & a great premise but she dropped all of that when she came back after the 2nd hiatus and instead just repeats what she was doing in February, with less than half the commitment.
