Unless she changes her mind, her explicitly stated public stance is that Nazuna will only be used when she feels like it, with the quantity of streams being reduced, whereas Mikeneko has done more YouTube streams in the last month that she's done in the entire year previous. They're a business, not a charity. I would be surprised to hear that they were particularly happy about the current arrangement of her openly announcing that Nazuna is a side gig.
I might even go so far as to say that it might even make it harder for them to attract more JP girls when one of the first two members of the JP branch is openly admitting that she'd rather stream as an indie unaffiliated with the corporation.

Not really outside of VR chat (that is also fun though). It's impossible in the US to get a studio for an acceptable price, because of Holywood level prices + having to fly people in.
That being said you can get most mocap solutions to work in VR chat, which probably is a decent platform for doing 3d from home together.

While true it would mean working together, they could all agree to some sort of deal over an X year period before they split off from each other.

Zen does most of her streams in 3d and Mel bought an array of professional grade mocap cameras to turn her home into a mocap studio for her CB streams. She does sometimes use 3D for Twitch but that's rare because its a bit of an involved process with her set up, to do.

there never was anything, she never read her contracts and was told wrong information. Kson literally said multiple times that "nazuna cannot because she's partner" when nazuna was still affiliate (you can see partner status of other channels on their page) besides both partner and affiliate contracts lack "exclusivity clauses". the ONLY thing they prevent is simulcasting. they used to have a clause that vods needed to be delayed 24 hours, but im pretty sure that was removed. she always could have streamed there, and could upload vods a day later. henya does it literally every day.

Most people would kill for her popularity and she's actually in the top 60 most subscribed Vtubers in the world as Mikeneko, but she isn't a Holo so her future is limited

I recognise both of those references but it's really not the same.
Both Nazuna and Mikeneko are Vtubers who stream games. The only real difference is that Nazuna eventually started only playing three games without schedule whereas Mikeneko tries a variety, actually tries to schedule things in advance and does Superchat reading.
I don't think you can compare them to Vtubers who do fleshtuber stuff on the side.
