There is little doubt in my mind that Hololive girls record all of their own shit. Cover wouldn't have spent $20M on multiple of their own mocap studios just to outsource the dancing to third parties and only use it for the talking segments. It's not risky since most of their musical sequences now are pre-recorded, so it just takes time to grind out a polished product. (I think only Nenechi is passionate about doing things live.) Ina talked in a recent stream about her passport being filled with Japan customs stamps because she goes back frequently just for a few days to record things. The JPs tweet in the morning about having their day filled with recording and not being sure if they'll stream when they get back home, too.

Nah, there are others. Pretty sure Mori and Suisei's prefer their stuff to be actual lives as well. And aside from Nene, Polka also enjoys it, her birthday this year was live (as well as T4U for both of them being live)
Unfortunately the larger Cover concerts can't be live due to scheduling so many talents, and it's honestly safer for them to pre-recorded anyway, incase something happens to one of the girls on the day.

One thing you can say for sure is that if they have some kind of choreography that is not just waving their hands, the singing is gonna be most definitely lipsynched. You never hear the exertion sounds and heavy breathing.
But it's understandable, most of them are unfit goblins. They'd actually die if they had to sing and dance at the same time.

That made me think of something. Nene is known to often sing and dance live in her own lives, but there were times when she was invited as a guest to other girls lives and these performances clearly had prerecorded sound. It makes sense that even if you go live for your own stuff you'll go with prerecorded for group lives you're invited to, it's not worth it to make everyone perform live just because of you.
And that made me think of Iroha who was a super rare guest in anyone's lives, at least until she befriended Azki. I think she had the least guest appearances of all holos for a while. What if it's because she autistically insisted on everything being live at first? I think she can pull it off, she's really fit and never really does any difficult choreo so I could buy her performing live. She's not that good at singing but stays pretty consistently on the same level in utawaku streams.

Singing and dancing is surprisingly hard. Not just on your lungs, but just the fact that you're doing two different things. It's difficult even with a beat to keep you on track. And the hololive girls are not full-time live performers like k-pop idols, so it'll be hard for them to train not just for singing or dancing, but also for singing and dancing.
