I was watching a vtuber last week where this happened. She had awkwardly and nervously brought up liking Shota when the discussion drifted that way. Her chat brought up that lots of vtubers were Shotacon, listing a few starting with Omocat, and the vtuber went "ah, why did you have to start with Omocat? What happened with her is the reason I don't really want to talk about it.".
I have seen plenty of non-shotacon vtubers defend Omocat too of course.
