Yeah that's what it feels like too. Miko was noticeably less talkative when Pekora was visiting the haunted house compared to how much she was getting into trying to scare other Holo. The little interaction they had during the festival was fairly reserved and businesslike as well.
MiComet feels not as forced and much more organic. Suzie knows how to handle Miko very well.
