The point about taking the viewers and running is exactly why Cover needs to be much more aggressive with their contracts.

I'm talking streaming requirements, longer sign on duration, and non-compete clauses. By Cover and talents own sayings, they get about 8,000 applications per generation. That was BEFORE they had year round open auditions as well. In those 8,000 I'm sure they could find some talents of the quality they current have, but ones who also will sign on to a contract with the following conditions:
- 12 hours of streaming required a week and 3 streaming days, including one weekend day.
- A 5-year long employment contract which can be terminated year to year by Cover only.
- A 100% no compete clause on streaming / content creation activities in any form while they are working for Cover. They are a Cover talent only.

That's it, literally 3 small things that guarantee someone who actually wants to work for Cover gets in and not people who are looking to use the Cover name then toss it aside once they reap the benefits of the company name.
