I have come to a conclusion that CouncilRyS are at the their strongest when they are together as a group.
There is not a single bad member in CouncilRyS and each of the members add something new to the table

I prefer COPE personally.
COPE is a much better name since Council is EN2's unit name and IRyS' unit name is Project Hope.
So combine the first two letters and last two letters of Council + Project Hope and you get COPE.
The name's also kind of funny so I like it.
