Nah, there's some genuine upgrades and downgrades.
Azki imo had a good couple designs for her diva outfits, then she got a sidegrade with the idol outfit, and the current one is a definitive upgrade over the others.
Don't expect for everyone to like a change if that change removes something very iconic, like Migo's triangle mouth.
