I've mentioned it before but I kind of do an offline day similar to Shiori where it's an actual offline day.
It's basically me going for a drive, stopping at a cafe, reading a book while sipping coffee and then going for a walk in the park at night before coming home and cooking some asian slop.
You can kind of do the same where instead of going somewhere like I do, you can focus on your reps.

Draw? - can't help much cuz i can deal with distractions while following draw rep guides on YT, what works for me might not work for you

It's really good but apart from the patriarchy shit I'm afraid the message of the movie with regards to ken is going to be weaponized against every guy that thinks they want a relationship but has trouble finding one, ever, regardless of intention or circumstance.
Like I'm afraid Ken is going to serve almost literally as a straw man for guys who have trouble in that way -- personally, unlike Ken, I'm pretty assured in most of my hobbies and interests, the problem is that few women engage in them, therefore I don't get to interact with many women when devoting myself to them. Don't worry, Ken was viewed pretty positively overall, the ending to his story arc was just that he just wanted to be viewed as a person and cared for by someone he cared about and the resolution was cutting him loose, free to be his own person
Ironically, Barbie came across as self-absorbed and downright maliciously stupid in her own scenes and only really served as a tool and vehicle for Weird Barbie to enforce the status quo before Barbie decides she wants to go and become a real girl, although with minor concessions to the Kens in a backhanded commentary about women in seats of political power
