hololive jp generals keep the schizo posting to a minimum and usually don't care for HoloEN. hololive vt generals are HoloEN circlejerks.

Same reason why there's still rpg and multiplayer games on /v/, there's no rule that says you can't post vtubers outside of /vt/ so a few autists refused to move. Maybe they think /jp/ is comfy or just refuse to share a board with global (understandably).
