A few weeks after HoloEN's debut, I got Gura AND Ame to read messages of mine.
So I'd say late 2020.

Kiara is the easiest, just join the middle of a JPRG stream, her chat becomes medium speed and she gives it plenty of attention.
Those streams are underrated IMO.

If they are huge only Dono's work. But if you are an active chatter in a smaller streamers chat, let's say 300 or less depending on chat activity, you can get recognised and have the streamers say your name.

Personally I have my screenname said at least once a stream and my chats read a lot. I assume an easier name also helps. So use capitalization to help readability, like with AnonShame where it is clear what the words are.
