That's where you get creative. An idea I had was that perhaps Mori was secretly recording sex sessions between the two of you without your knowledge to use as masturbation material. She could simply pass it off as something recent - while Anon was dating his new GF - and coerce him that way out of fear of losing her. First off, using standard ammunition is counter-productive to using a suppressor, you would be using sub-sonic rounds which reduces their effectiveness (less velocity, decreased effective range and penetration), but you're not going to be sniping someone with that setup anyway.
Second, with sub-sonic rounds, you still get a decent report, but it'll be obfuscated and (the intention is) enemies can't clearly identify where the shots are coming from.
It depends mostly on the ambient sound, dead silent streets and you'll still hear it for a few blocks. Busy city noise? A block maybe, but more importantly, harder to identify.
