Shion has a solid base for improvement. Beyond the fundamentals, I'm really impressed with some of the small situational stuff she does like neutral jumping against grapplers and the occasional EX Spin Knuckle crossup. She can hit plat easily if she just works on a few things, most of them are easy fixes too.

Off the top of my head, she can do the following without much lab time. Start walking more and using raw drive rush in neutral. Keep poking with her bigger buttons as well. Learn some proper okizeme off MK Spiral Arrow, forward throw, and corner DP. Start adding shimmies around the gold level once people start delay teching
