Winter streaming didn't use to be a problem with HoloEN that did plenty of solo streams and group collabs in 2020 and 2021. After Sana's "graduation" the contract renewals seemed to get more heated with talents having radio silent "health" breaks or disappearing for months with only vague explanations. Ame recently announced a hiatus for a few months so they even they expect the contract fight to drag on for months and they are trying to settle all the major issues they have with Cover.
