Stop watching vtubers, go watch anime. Unironic advice. Vtubing mixed /vt/ is like /pol/ and /r9k/ together, it makes you miserable. Busy your mind with something else, play games, listen to music, watch anime, talk with coworkers if you aren't a NEET, if you are, well...that might be another reason of you being depressed, lack of human contact etc

Take a break from chuubas for awhile. Start working on yourself.
Hit the gym, or do exercise at home or on your own terms. See how you feel a few weeks from now.
For now do things in your life, if you got a messy house, clean it. If you are out of shape, get in shape. And so on. Bad diet? You know what to do.

What happened anon?
There's many other things to occupy your time into other than vtubers if it's on any use to you

Anon I'm going to keep it a buck with you.
Stop watching them, stop posting here, stop going on xitter.
If you have any ambition left for this hobby you will come back eventually and feel better about it.
And if that time comes, stay the fuck away from /vt/ and hope it won't happen again.
It all gets tiring, been there, done that, take a break.
Watch anime, read a book, The Finals just come out go play that.
Anything to take you mind off this and find a new fresh mindset.

Try this, it usually helps for me. Head to your local library. Find and research books about outdoor activities. Specifically survival guides and tips for camping or wilderness activities that will increase your chances of survival. You can look it up online, but physically traveling will get you into a different mindset. This is a gestalt technique to reconnect yourself with nature btw. Seeing people who are reading or studying also is a peripheral tie that can make you feel connected to society and feel less of anomie or despair. After you've done that, go outside and actually try them. It doesn't have to be that, but even meditating outside can be beneficial for your mental health.
> touch grass
It's much more nuanced than that.
People commit suicide for 4 main reasons
1. Egoistic: Resulting from weak social integration.
2. Altruistic: Driven by excessive social integration.
3. Anomic: Linked to societal disruption or instability.
4. Fatalistic: Stemming from oppressive social conditions.
OP figure out which of these most likely fits your current situation. Work on dialectical behavior therapy to identify your needs and your goals accordingly. Don't give up on your self.
