The fact that this VOD is still up, and that greys run rampant on the comments being negative, shows that even COVER is already done with her. They can't fire her, cause that will make it a PR net negative, but if they "assist her" in quitting, I think they can salvage it. This will be the first true test of how they will deal with a money making cow leaving the company. Will they keep the merch up? Will they recast the VA? I've just outright stopped supporting Hololive. I would still support Gura through her PL's Twitch, but there's not enough information to determine if she's not completely guilt free. none of that matters. all external topics (management, projects, song collabs, personal life, health, etc) are all distractions from the fact that she made zero effort to communicate her hiatus with her community.
whatever reason she has not to stream, be it good or not (projects, health, burnout, whatever) she could heve posted on her community or twitter and say "hi chumbuds, i'm taking a break, see you when i come back!" but she didn't.
even if she suddenly had machine allergy that prevented her from touching an electronic device, she could've asked a manager "hey can you tweet for me saying that i'm taking a break for an indefinite period of time? thanks!", but she didn't do that either.
