Actually lets use Cooksie as an example because he did exactly this.
Look at what Cooksie did for Cimrai and Yocci. He started clipping them and adding their clips into a feed that also had bigger names like Melody, Ironmouse and Nyanners in it.
You're some simp who often watches clips from those more famous vtubers. Eventually these clips from Cimrai and Yocci wind up in your recommended or on your homepage by virtue of the youtube algorith.
