Question. How do you guys use the built-in styles interface and buttons on the webui? I can't fathom a world where I would want styles to append to my prompt, so I manually edit the modules/styles.py file to instead overwrite the prompt every time it's reverted to default, turning it into a much more useful list of prompt presets for characters
I'd really like to know how others use this cause the default functionality doesn't seem useful to me at all. The fact that the devs made it so styles weren't applied to prompt at all and were just selected from the dropdown then automatically applied on generation start (which is incredibly obtuse and bad UX), for an ENTIRE major version, makes me question it even more. Do they literally just throw style and artist tags in there? Do they actually manually type 90% of their prompts? What the fuck do they even generate?
Had this thought because I had to downgrade back to 1.6.0 and manually apply the fixes again

Create wildcard called styles, type __styles__ , __styles__ , __styles__ in prompt.
I use the styles button to save wildcarded prompts just to quickly copy paste from them and run a batch of 100 random images while I'm going away.

it is quite a bit slower, thats why I skip frames in the video to help with inference time, I only did 96 frames for example, I testbed at around 48-64 and then if its pretty good I'll increase frames. Theres other optimizations as well to be had but the main strength is the 4090 doing the inference. upscaling is the slow part though but I can gen a 512x768 usually within 10 minutes at 90 frames (but lcm while looking worse is faster)

As an aside, I've been playing around w/ Easyfluff a lot and while it is definitely a step up in some ways it's not in a position where I'll be swapping over for my goth gens. I used a stock photo of a street cafe and added a png of her where I wanted her to be, then inpainted with specific prompts to change clothes, position etc. and upscaled it by 1.5x using img2img at 0.6 denoise strength to remove the mask imperfections from the inpaintings
