I first asked on 4/28. Even back in May, I received an "OK but it might be tough to do". I then said "You don't have to appear in the show, just a song/voice recording would be fine!" and got an OK on 5/4.

This was all before the request came for today's (Rushia's) concert. Then, on 7/2, I was told she couldn't make it because she was on break. That's all I can explain right now. Anything else we'll have to hear from Haato after she comes back, I think. I'm sorry to worry everyone.

What probably happened is Chama had less time/motivation than she expected and, since she just poured a ton of work into From 1st, she decided to prioritize Rushia. Then, on July 2nd, with the full scope of her college workload and the low mood brought on by Coco's departure, she realized she couldn't perform well enough. For one reason or another, this wasn't communicated well enough with Matsuri and now she's freaking out.

If she can't get in touch with Haachama directly, she should've asked Kanata, Watame, or even her oshi before venting on Twitter but too late for that.

All we know is that Matsuri reacted without thinking initially. And then people on her replies started trying to reason with her. And then she responded still being hurt but people understand that this young adult is throwing a tantrum so they tried to reason with her again. She relents and actually take their advice and talk to her manager. Now she responds with a more concise tweet. She takes a break because 1. She does have to prercord the live 2. She's obviously hurt by all of this. You have to remember that Haachama was one of the girls that she close with by default. Another thing is that she's paying for this event.
