Aside from Kson and Nazuna there isn't going to be another Holo joining Vshojo. Nazuna only joined because she was desperate and easily groomable (and she still left in the end), while Kson joined because she has a massive savior complex. Vshojo is a massive upgrade to Nijis but to Holos it's nothing but a downgrade. There's no reason for any of them to join.

HoloEN talents might switch to VShojo but will probably not happen again with a JP talent. After leaving Hololive they might as well have the complete freedom of an indie vtuber since VShojo doesn't offer anything in terms of Japanese sponsorships.
