It was something thrown in as an example. Since if you're starting a story with second person reader/anon insert, you have to have that be the main pov otherwise the pov becomes pointless due to not actually fulfilling the bare minimum of being the audience insert.

Yeah this is the sticking point for me.
If you're not having the pov stick with (You)/Anon, your presence is effectively superfluous and the story should have just excluded you from the beggining and have it be a a story about Laplus and HoloX getting instant lossed by the Hero or just pure Laplus pov from the start rather than building up this confrontation. Since having the pov from the assistant means it kind of needs to go full circle and have something be there between the main pov and The Hero since that confrontation/interaction is what's going to be built up from all of the scenes described prior in the greentext/outline.
Maybe I'm just overthinking this, since I can kind of see a second chapter Laplus pov doing the rescue scene and just having Anon be utterly brushed off as she murders him in cold blood for a reward being the chapter climax of Laplus utterly falling, but eh at that point this is just going deeper and deeper into storytelling autism.

I would say it depends on what the anon wants to improve on. A few go-tos on the top of my head when it comes to dialogue are Our Cures, and Cover High. Fujo Fantasies does a good job translating quirks into speech.
For scene tones, I think First Summer Memories paints great scenes with its subject matters. Aunties Little Secret also does amazingly in this department, and how its splashes of color from go from bright sunshine to the bleak despair of night is spine chilling.
For rough and tough action, Heartbreak Tokyo will give someone a good idea for how that reads for sure.
Worldbuilding I'd recommend Holoslavia and Holofantasy, Cover High also accomplishes it's own world building with the amount it needs.
A lot of authors here put a lot of great out there for people to read, people just gotta buckle down and do it when it strikes them. It's easy to practice the mechanics of writing by just making some scenes, but reading and really absorbing how it's done by others is practice too.
