I doubt the aquarium collab would cause all the recent breaks. After the December management meeting the HoloEN contract issues seem to have been worked out. Might be too early to say that Gura has completely returned but the radio silent breaks are most likely over.

The Myth talents are expecting a life changing announcement before HoloFes. At least part of the reason for the winter breaks was likely because of that announcement getting delayed over and over again. Cover hates giving out model redesigns and that would explain why there have been so many issues with the EN branch.

Cover will easily find a reason for why Ina needed to replace her skimpy priestess outfit and high heeled geisha shoes. They gave Astel a lore based outfit redesign and Aruran received a new model while traveling from another dimension.

Kuroboshi has done character art for Kino and Llenn so he can work on designs that aren't coomerbait. The issue was likely merch sales and management wanted someone to pander to coomers. They could have simply hired more EN talents that are okay with lewd stuff but it took years before they went along with that idea.
