Let me explain it, cause I have the same problem. We have normal Rissa voice, that's just her streaming and being natural and that's what we know her for. Then we have her Rissa acting as Rissa, and you most probably don't like her cause it's not what you're used to. She sounds, imo, a bit more impersonal, and also she puts more effort in her pronunciation which, once again, makes her sound different.

I dunno, the New Year's skit with Advent seemed pretty stream Nerissa, where she takes the VA hat off a little bit. Its more the purposeful way she performs it, but you can see when she really wants to get a performance down right, she gets into that mode, even on streams. I would say that is probably reminiscent of her time doing plays when she was younger and then later other stuff. I get liking the charm of her dorkishness on stream, but the performance isn't really that impersonal, it just depends on the role she plays, that part we agree.
